Reducing quantum fluctuations in the electromagnetic field of light enables high-resolution images to be obtained via remote sensing with potential applications in satellite-borne systems, says a technical article which was recently published in the Proceedings of SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics.
The article on quantum remote sensing, authored by Prof. BI Siwen from RADI is a presentation at a technical conference held by SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco on February 13, 2016.
